Wesley College Learning in Residence

At the start of 2016 Wesley College appointed Prebuilt Commercial to construct the Learning in Residence development for their Glen Waverly Campus. Designed by Cox Architecture this development consists of eight student residences, three staff residences and a staff administration building, each residence is a two-storey dwelling with seventeen beds per residence. Additional to these twelve buildings constructed onsite was the dining hall which was manufactured using traditional methods of construction.

Prebuilt have been working closely with Cox Architecture on this project to help deliver a state of the art project utilising the benefits of modular construction. This process has helped enable less disruption onsite to the school and has help reduce the overall time to build onsite.

The project is in its final months of completion and will be ready for students and staff to move in at the start of October 2016.
