In response to the continuing evolution of the COVID-19 situation, Prebuilt has developed an implementation plan and WHS protocols to not only protect the health of our staff, clients, suppliers and contractors, but also to ensure that we continue to deliver for our clients.
We have currently implemented Stage 1 of the plan and fast-tracked procedures to ensure all our staff are fully prepared with minimal disruption to our current workflow. Stage 1 includes sanitary controls along with encouraging meetings to be conducted via video conferencing or phone where possible.
We are fortunate that we have the space in our office to be able to implement a social distancing policy of the recommended 1.5 metres. Due to being located in the suburbs in a one storey large premises, we are fortunate that our staff are rarely on public transport and there is no lift or stairs. We will continue to monitor the latest advice from the Australian Department of Health to ensure our protocols are in line with best practice.
Prebuilt is still working at full capacity. We have initiated the necessary protocols and will endeavour to maintain this standard of commitment to our company, clients and associates leading into the future.
Sincerely,
Rob Colquhoun
Director
